Shipping policy

All our Paper Patterns are shipped using Canada Post Lettermail.  There are no tracking numbers issued with lettermail.

Processing Time - Orders will be mailed within 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping Time - Times depending on the time of year and its country of destination.  On average addresses within Canada can take a week, to the United States from 1 to 3 weeks and International addresses are hard to estimate as it depends on the level of service provided in that country.
