Refund policy

No refunds on PDF or Paper patterns if they have already been downloaded or shipped.

We are happy to correct any errors made during the ordering process such as:

• If you ordered a PDF pattern by mistake and wanted the Paper version then we will refund the order if you have not downloaded the pattern.
• If you ordered a Paper pattern by mistake and wanted the PDF version then we will refund the order if we have not shipped the item yet.

Please notify us right away if you made an error in your order. 

If you accidentally place your order twice we will notify you that this had occurred and refund the second order.
